In my opinion, I think that nowadays multinationals play an important role in the world in terms of avoiding cultural shock, increasing employment and valuing human rights. In this essay I will elaborate my view point.

Firstly, cultural shock is rarely seen in most multinationals. These companies usually employ people from around the world and develop human resources by brainstorming innovative projects. Through stimulating every employee’s intelligence, cultural shock can be abated and everyone in the company is bound closely so as to accomplish the achievement successfully.

Secondly, Since multinationals hire their employees regardless of religious belief and race, they can create more job opportunities. As long as any person fulfills the criterial for the position, everyone has a high chance to be employed. Also, most multinationals operate on a large scale so they are able to provide varied levels of positions, which contributes to decreasing the unemployment rate effectively.

Finally, many multinationals treat their employees equally in terms of salaries and promotion irrespectively of nationality. This indicates that human rights can be respected in these businesses. Additionally, in order to stay competitive, a lot of multinationals provide a thought-provoking working environment where everyone is able to speak up their opinions.

In contemporary society, no companies or individuals can be successful if they are isolated from outside world, so based on the above-mentioned reasons I firmly believe multinationals are going along with(keeping up with) the times.
