Q1: What do you think about female employees serving tea and coffee in Japanese companies
I feel it is unfair for women to serve tea and coffee. Everyone should make their own tea or coffee in a company. They should rotate coffee and tea-making between themselves. Female staff have their own work and so should not be arbitrarily required to do office chores.

Q2: Why do you think it is becoming more common for people to change their jobs?
One reason is, more and more people are inclined these days to the job which does not capture their imagination. They more focus on their own pursuits. The other reason is a declining sense of loyalty to companies especially among today’s youngsters. Many of them pursue high salaries, which motivates them to apply for more lucrative and stimulating jobs.

Q3: Why are the Japanese always so quick to pour sake into others’ glasses?
I think there are two reasons for this habit. Firstly, Pouring sake into others’ glasses is considered to help build companionship which is necessary for the harmony-oriented Japanese society. Secondly, In Japan, It is polite to refill the empty glasses when drinking sake together. It can express the hospitality of the host.

Q4: Should the use of Nuclear Power be promoted in Japan?
I am against for the use of Nuclear Power in Japan for the following reasons.
Firstly, It may cause a radiation leak. Nuclear power stations are easily destroyed by a big earthquake. The disaster at the Fukushima nuclear reactors in 2011 wreaked havoc on local people. Marine life and crops are severely polluted by radiation leak.
Secondly, It is very difficult to dispose of nuclear waste. If terrorists get this radioactive waste, they will probably convert it into nuclear weapons. It will be another disaster to human beings.
