Others continually keep up with advanced techniques by attending online public classes in their spare time in order to face the daily challenges in their workplace.

Secondly, life-long education is beneficial to mental health. Many people develop an interest in the arts such as learning piano and drawing after their retirement. They want to improve their metal well-being and make lives more fulfilling by continually learning new things. The longer you keep on learning, the more active will be your brain(your brain will be).

In summary, I hold that life-long education is beneficial for people to widening their knowledge and making them mentally healthier.
