課題:Agree or disagree: Outsourcing contributes to the sustained development of global economy

以下がサンプル例文です。

With the infiltration(spread) of globalization, many countries are seeking a more economical way to produce their products. In my opinion, outsourcing contributes to the continued growth of global economy.

Firstly, outsourcing can reduce(cut down) labor costs. Nowadays cost-cutting is essential for many companies to stay competitive.Consequently, large numbers of businesses in advanced countries outsource their work to developing countries where products and services can be manufactured and provided more cheaply. At the same time(Meanwhile), proficient engineers are often sent to carry out job training in developing countries in order to teach local workers up-to-date techniques . For instance, China and India have acquired a lot of new technology over recent decades, which fortifies its industrial and scientific power. Hence, I think outsourcing promotes mutual benefits.

Secondly, outsourcing helps to decrease the unemployment rate in developing countries. Because companies which are outsourcing need to hire(take on/employ) large numbers of local workers to perform new tasks, the unemployed are very likely to find a job, which not only is conducive to the social stability but also revitalizes the economy of these countries. The unemployment rate in advanced countries may increase temporarily, but in the long term, they can concentrate on more profitable industries, which helps to create new job positions.

For the above-mentioned reasons, I am confident that outsourcing is beneficial to the sustained growth of global economy. As developing countries economically grow, they will begin to outsource to even cheaper nations, thus further boosting the global economic development.
