Yes I agree with this statement. I have a few reasons to support my opinion.

Firstly, using robots can effectively solve labor shortages. A lot of factories and agricultural areas do not have enough workforce to do heavy and repetitive manual work. So, people will be more dependent on robots to carry out farming work such as plowing, sowing(planting). In factories, robots will replace humans to do assembly work.

Secondly, robots will help people with household chores. Robots can do cleaning, cooking and even nursing care. So, people are able to escape from time and energy consuming housework and enjoy more pastimes.

Finally, robots can be used in some special situations which would be hazardous for humans, such as rescuing people underground or at a fire scene(in fires). Moreover, robots can be utilized in surgical operations to reduce human errors as they are more nible, accurate and never feel fatigue.

For the reasons just mentioned, I believe that human beings will turn to robots in many respects in the future.
